Open Gym-Style Workout

Open gym-style workout offers a versatile and autonomous fitness environment where participants can work out at their own pace, choosing exercises and routines that align with their personal goals. With access to a wide range of equipment, including free weights, cardio machines, and functional training tools, individuals can tailor their workouts to focus on strength, conditioning, flexibility, or mobility. Supportive staff or coaches are available to provide guidance and ensure safety, while the inclusive community atmosphere encourages sharing tips and motivation. This flexible setup is ideal for those seeking a personalised fitness experience, allowing for a comprehensive workout that suits individual needs and preferences.

Recovery Session: Mobility and Plunge Pool Therapy

Recovery session combining mobility exercises and plunge pool therapy is crucial for athletes to optimize recovery, minimise muscle soreness, and boost performance. It starts with dynamic stretching and foam rolling to alleviate muscle tightness, followed by static stretching and mobility drills to enhance flexibility and joint mobility. The session transitions to plunge pool therapy, alternating between cold plunges to reduce inflammation and warm plunges to relax muscles and increase blood flow. This contrast therapy improves circulation and accelerates muscle recovery.
